POLICIES
Please read policies before booking an appointment.
BEFORE BOOKING
- I work from home, and I do not allow any extra guests.
- You cannot use your phone while I am lashing you. If you have an emergency and need to use it, please let me know.
- I do not do foreign fill ins from another lash techs.
- I do not service expecting mothers due to higher risks.
- Please keep in mind the process takes 2-3 hours of laying still on your back so do not come in any rush.
- Please come with CLEAN lashes.
- When booking make sure to provide the correct name,email and Phone number in case I need to contact you.
- When arriving at your appointment please TEXT me, and wait for me to tell you to come up.
REMOVALS FOR NEW SETS
- If you are booking a full set and want/ need a removal you HAVE to book the removal separately. I do NOT do a removal the same day as a full set.
CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING/ LATE
- All deposits are non refundable, unless I have to cancel/ reschedule your appointment on my end then I will give you the option of a refund.
- If you wish to reschedule, please let me know ahead of time.
- Please arrive on time, if you happen to be late please try let me know ahead of time.
PAYMENTS
- The rest of your balance will be due at your appointment with CASH OR ZELLE ONLY.
FILL INS
- Fills are needed every 2-3 weeks, anything after is considered a full set.
- Even if you booked within the 2-3 weeks Fill ins require at least 40% of your extensions, if you have less it will be considered a FULL SET.
- If you booked a fill in and require a new full set, please let me know ahead of time and be prepared to pay for a full set.
- Please remember that your lashes should be clean and brushed even for your fill in appointments, dirty lashes cause bed retention which I will not be responsible for.
AFTER APPOINTMENT
- After your initial appointment it is up to you to follow proper aftercare to get the best out of your lashes.
- I have an aftercare highlight on my instagram, I sell aftercare kits and there’s tons of information on the internet.
- If there’s an issue with your lashes, you may notify me within 3 days of initial your appointment, after it is completely up to you.
